    الأمان عالي جداً، الإستقبال و النظافة جيدة موقعه مميز بجوار مول باسيفيك و هو من أفخم و أرقى مولات جاكرتا، المطبخ متكامل و به كل الإحتياجات المطلوبة للطبخ و الغسيل و الكي، مناسب للعائلات و الشباب ولكن يوجد أفضل منه و أرخص

    عند تسجيل الدخول تم وضع مبلغ ١٠٠ دولار كتأمين مسترجع عند المغادرة و كانت من الفئة الجديدة و للأسف الشديد عند تسجيل المغادرة طلبت إسترجاع المبلغ و دفع ما تم طلبه بواسطة بطاقة الفيزا و لكنهم أرجعو لي مبلغ ١٠٠ دولار من الفئة القديمة و رفضتها بشدة و طلبت مدير الفندق و بعد الإصرار على طلبي تم إرجاع المبلغ بنفس الفئة الجديدة للأسف الشديد هذا أسوأ موقف تعرضت له في جاكرتا و يسئ جداً لسمعة الفندق
